We accept returns for any reason! Our return policy is 14 days from the moment you receive your products.
If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer you 3 options:
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the same style’s size and/or color. Exchanging a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.
- Refund details and vouchers.
By default, the refund method is a voucher. If you would like to receive a refund, please let us know.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not refundable.
- Replacement of a wrong or defective item.

- Your order number.
- The description of the problem (e.g. wrong/defective item).
- A photo or video.
The produit must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be returned in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Send us an email stating the reason for the return of the item(s) at the following email address: customerservice@bonheurhappiness.com.

Within 48 hours, you will receive the merchandise return authorization form.

Insert the Return Authorization Form containing a barcode and a description of the item for the returned products in the return package, next to the items.

Affix the return shipping label to the return package.
Note: Postage is not indicated on the return letter. You are responsible for purchasing and producing the return label.
When a return is received at our distribution center, our employees will examine the condition of the product. If it is considered to be in perfect condition and sellable, we will accept your return and proceed with an exchange or a refund.
Processing a return can take up to 7 days, if you want an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 1-3 weeks to reach you.
In our company, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason except digital products, you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product(s) are in perfect condition, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your returned product.
To proceed with a refund, please follow these steps:

- Once we receive your refund request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria. If your refund request is accepted, we will refund you using your original mode of payment within 14 days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, which may correspond to a maximum of 15% of the order cost. Additionally, we cannot refund products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
